Eskaton FountainWood Lodge, Eskaton Lodge Cameron Park, Eskaton Lodge Gold River (2-year winner) and Eskaton Village Placerville (2-year winner), have been selected "Caring Stars of 2016” for service excellence in assisted living. In ratings and reviews from older adults and their family members, they earned a 5-star consumer rating (the highest possible score), while also meeting other qualifying criteria for this national honor.

All four Eskaton Care Centers received 4-star ratings from Centers for Medicare and MediCaid Services (CMS).

Voted Sacramento's Healthiest Employers 2016

Eskaton won top honors for the third consecutive year as the Sacramento region’s most health-conscious employer in the medium-size organization category. The Sacramento Business Journal honored companies that scored well in a survey evaluating their wellness programs. The survey was designed and conducted by Healthiest Employers LLC, an Indianapolis research company.

AVA Digital Awards - Gold Winner

Eskaton won two AVA Digital gold awards and a National Council on Aging honorable mention for its "Stand Tall, Don't Fall" music video.





California Assisted Living Association (CALA) 2015 Innovations in Quality Award to Eskaton Kids Connection

California Assisted Living Association (CALA) 2015 Innovations in Quality Award to Eskaton Kids Connection which is offered in 23 Eskaton communities. Children from 26 classrooms participate in this unique program with over 1,000 intergenerational buddies.

Eskaton Care Centers received the California Department Health Care Services awarded.

Eskaton Care Center Fair Oaks was awarded payments under the Quality and Accountability Supplemental Payment Program for Freestanding Skilled Nursing Facilities. This new State of California initiative encourages and incentivizes facilities to implement quality improvements and recognizes quality performance. It takes a strong measurable quality outcome to receive this prestigious award.

Eskaton Village Grass Valley was voted “Best Assisted Living” and “Best Alzheimer’s Care” Community by readers of The Union for the 12th consecutive year.

Eskaton Care Center Greenhaven received a zero deficiency annual license and certification survey from the California Department of Public Health. This is an extremely difficult achievement to earn.
