The Eskaton Admissions Center provides easy-to-use, one-call access to Eskaton's skilled nursing facilities. Our specialized staff members work closely with families, hospitals, home health agencies, physicians, social services and the community to arrange admission to skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

Admission Center placement services are provided free of charge to:
