welcome home . . . Eskaton's adult day health care is an innovative program designed to assist both participants and caregivers by supporting the independence and socialization of participants during the daytime hours. Participants attend from two to five days per week, giving caregivers much needed "time-off" and enabling them to pursue a career or personal interests. Without this unique program, many participants would otherwise face premature entrance into a long-term care facility.

After an initial assessment, participants can receive an array of nursing and therapy services, personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, social services and monitoring of medical conditions. Along with a full calendar of activities, participants enjoy the benefits of companionship and a nurturing staff. Medi-Cal covers the program fees for eligible participants.
