Around the Clock Care for Medically-Complex Needs: The Eskaton Care Centers specialize in rehabilitation and skilled care for medically-complex needs including post-surgery care, pain management, IV therapy, and wound care. Eskaton's Centers provide around-the-clock skilled nursing care, personal care and dynamic rehabilitation programs in an energetic setting. Short-term, long-term and respte care are available.

Personalized Care: Residents who enter an Eskaton Care Center receive a comprehensive evaluation to determine the services needed. Led by the resident's physician, a plan of care is developed by a multidisciplinary team including licensed nurses; physical, speech and occupational therapists; social workers; dietitians and certified nursing assistants. With input from the resident and the resident's family, goals are established for achieving and maintaining maximum independence. The resident's progress is reviewed regularly, and the plan is revised as needed. Full-time activity and social services staff members, as well as a chaplain, respond to the recreational, psycho-social and spiritual needs of the residents.

Respite and Vacation Care: To take the best care of your loved one, it is important to take care of yourself. If you need a break for a weekend or a week, your loved one will find a supportive environment at Eskaton care centers.
