Some 80 percent of our short-term rehabilitation guests return home, making our rehabilitation program among the most successful in the Greater Sacramento Area. Our new state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Gymnasium, combined with our loyal and dedicated staff of in-house therapy professionals, offer some of the best solutions available for meeting your demanding rehabilitation needs.

Quiet Community of Caring
A dramatic floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace brings a snug atmosphere to the spacious living room. Large windows let the sunshine in. Comfortable furnishings invite friendly conversations. Outdoors at Manzanita Manor features a large backyard – big enough to host barbecues and festive garden parties. Patios, with umbrellas and lawn furniture, are favorites with residents and visitors.

Comprehensive Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Services
The Eskaton Care Center Manzanita offers personalized plans of care for complex skilled nursing and dynamic rehabilitation programs. Residents receive 24-hour care and treatment under the supervision of their physicians. Physical, speech and occupational therapies are available. A complete recreation and social program appeals to a wide variety of preferences among residents.

Short-term, long-term and respite care are available.
