Eskaton Clearlake Oaks Manor is designed to provide an independent, gracious atmosphere for the active older adults at an affordable price. Applicants must be 62 years or older. Eskaton Clearlake Oaks Manor is subsidized by HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development); therefore, income criteria must be met.

Eskaton Clearlake Oaks Manor is an Eskaton-managed community. Eskaton, a nonprofit corporation, has been committed to serving communities in Northern California since 1968. Eskaton's primary mission is "to enhance the quality of life of seniors through innovative health, housing and social services." A nonsmoking policy applies to this location.
