Todd Murch is Eskaton's President and Chief Executive Officer. He assumed the organization's leadership role in 2005. Prior to this position, he served as chief financial officer and chief operating officer. He is a 28-year professional in aging services -- experienced in strategic planning, project financing, operations and governance. He serves on the board of directors for the Institute for Senior Living and Aging Services of California; and is a member of Rotary International and Chief Executives of Multi-Facility Organizations (CEMO). Murch is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento and Stanford University's Executive Program.

Bill Pace is Eskaton’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. His role is to manage Eskaton’s financial position, insure fair and accurate financial reporting and oversee the internal control structure of Eskaton. Pace joined Eskaton in August 2006 and prior to this served as a chief financial officer and controller for various hospital and medical organizations for 11 years and as a CPA/Manager in public accounting, specializing in healthcare institutions for 6 years. He is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles.

Betsy Donovan is Eskaton's Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer. In her previous role as executive director of the Eskaton Village Carmichael, she was responsible for all operations at the continuing care retirement community. Donovan is a 25-year veteran in the field of long-term care. Her experience encompasses various positions in aging services and mental health. The latter includes drafting legislation and implementing a pilot program to develop California’s first Mental Health Rehabilitation Center while serving as administrator at then Eskaton American River Manor. She is a graduate of the University of the Pacific with a degree in Recreation Therapy, and St. Mary’s College with a Master of Science in Health Care Administration. Also, Donovan is a recent graduate of the prestigious Leadership AAHSA program. Her passion for service to the community is further reflected through her role as founder of The Lazarus Project, Inc. in 1998, which provides housing and support services to individuals living in poverty in Placer County.

Sheri Peifer is Eskaton's Senior Vice President, Innovation and Strategic Development. Her role is to develop collaborations with universities, technology firms and home builders to enhance services and housing options within Eskaton and the broader community. Researching and implementing health technologies and new models of service-delivery and care are primary initiatives in this role, as well as exploring new business opportunities for Eskaton in the future. Peifer has held numerous operational, leadership and consultant positions within the aging services field and has worked in the private, public and nonprofit sectors throughout the country. She holds a M.S. degree in gerontology and education from California State University, Sacramento.

Charles Garcia is Eskaton's Vice President, Information and Technology. He is responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of all Eskaton’s IT systems and electronic needs. Garcia joined Eskaton in April 2002 and has held several other positions including network manager and director of information technology. Prior to Eskaton, he worked with several multi-national companies, including Hewlett Packard, 3Com and Northrop Grumman.

Stuart Greenbaum is Eskaton’s Vice President, Public Relations and Brand Management. His role is to promote and protect the integrity of the Eskaton brand and corporate identity; develop partnerships and media opportunities to enhance the organization’s objectives; and direct a comprehensive multimedia campaign to communicate Eskaton’s spectrum of aging services and resources. His creative public relations strategies and programs earned him LeadingAge's prestigious international "Public Trust Award" for 2011. Greenbaum joined Eskaton in January 2009 and prior to this provided public relations counsel to state and national institutions for more than 30 years. He is a graduate of Pepperdine University and California State University, Sacramento.

Kim Rhinehelder is Eskaton's Vice President, Philanthropy. Kim Rhinehelder, CFRE, is Eskaton’s Vice President, Philanthropy. She directs the Eskaton Foundation’s fundraising program to support and expand the organization’s commitment to transforming the aging experience. Previously Rhinehelder served as development and public relations officer for Sierra Adoption Services, a position she held 13 years before becoming the executive director. She also recently served as chief philanthropy officer at Mercy San Juan Medical Center/Mercy Foundation. She is past president of the Association of Fundraising professional and one of only 100 certified national presenters. She is a graduate from California State University Sacramento.
