Location: Situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy freeway access, Eskaton Village Carmichael is convenient to the river city of Sacramento for the enjoyment of boating and fishing, as well as historical Old Town, opera and theatre. Folsom Lake, Apple Hill and the foothill wineries are a short drive away. Lake Tahoe, Napa Valley and San Francisco are all within 100 miles.
Freedom from maintenance and routine chores. Residents, whether they choose cottage or apartment living, need not be concerned with landscaping, lawn care, interior or exterior home maintenance or repairs.
Dining Options: Eskaton Village Carmichael offers breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, although members who wish fewer meals receive a credit to their monthly fee. Private parties may be accommodated in the private dining room. Eskaton Village Carmichael has a soda shop where members may purchase soups, sandwiches and ice cream treats. Catering and room service are also available.
Assisted living and health care services on site: Should health needs change, assisted living services (including memory care) as well as skilled nursing are available on the campus.
Residential options: Residents may choose from among six cottages ranging from one bedroom, one bath to three bedroom, two baths. All cottages have garages. Those who prefer apartment living may select from 15 floor plans, ranging from one bedroom, one bath to two bedrooms, two baths and den. Each residence has a fully-equipped kitchen.
Eskaton Village Carmichael is CCAC accredited. Eskaton Village Carmichael is accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission, an independent entity sponsored by the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA).
