Eskaton Hayfork Manor offers affordable housing to seniors 62 years or older. Some units are designed to meet the needs of individuals with mobility impairments. It is subsidized by HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development); therefore, residents must meet income criteria.

Eskaton Hayfork Manor is an Eskaton-managed community. Eskaton, a nonprofit corporation, has been committed to serving communities in Northern California since 1968. Eskaton’s primary mission is “to enhance the quality of life of seniors through innovative health, housing and social services.” A nonsmoking policy applies to this location.
