CERTIFICATION

    
 

Livable Design certification provides independent, third-party verification that home environments meet the highest level of functional design, whether it is a residential home, a condominium or an assisted living apartment.

The Livable Design™ program offers three levels of certification: Gold, Silver and Bronze. These levels provide building professionals with options and the flexibility to fit individual market niches.

    
       
  Gold Level Certification    
 

Our highest level of certification, this is our most comprehensive package with state-of-the art prewiring and lighting, flexible infrastructure, and an inclusive home environment with added safety and convenience features. A home built to the Gold standard offers homeowners peace of mind, cost savings, and a home that will flex with them over time.

    
         
  Silver Level Certification      
  This mid-level certification offers the best balance of convenience and flexibility, while providing the necessary features to make an inclusive and adaptable home. A Silver level certified home offers comfort and convenience.      
         
  Bronze Level Certificate      
 

The Bronze level certification includes all of the core elements to create a home environment that is visitable, functional and beautiful. A home built to the Bronze standard will provide all of the essential elements to make a home welcoming and useful for life.
