The Senior Connection offers information and assistance in identifying and accessing resources for older adults. This free community service of Eskaton provides information on health care, housing and social services in the greater Sacramento area. Trained resource specialists can guide you through the process of identifying appropriate levels of assistance and offer information on the associated costs of care.
TLC means Talking, Listening and Caring, which is what volunteers do every day when they call over 500 isolated older adults in the greater Sacramento area. The program provides free daily phone calls and weekly, bi-weekly or monthly home visits which provide much-needed social contact and serves as a check on their safety and welfare.

Community Classes: The Senior Connection offers a variety of free classes within the Sacramento community. Topics range from healthy aging to caregiving. The quarterly Update Newsletter provides a list of all classes.
Ask the Attorney: If you have legal concerns regarding issues related to aging, you can make an appointment for a free, up-to-45 minute consultation with an attorney who specializes in elder law. Attorneys donate their time.
