Affordable Senior Apartment Communities:   Apartment living with limited services. Many locations offer rental subsidies.

Independent Living with Services:   Apartment living with 24-hour staffing, meals, housekeeping, transportation and other services included in the monthly fee.

Assisted Living:  Private room or apartment offering personal assistance with medications, bathing, dressing and grooming, etc. Full hospitality services (meals, housekeeping, recreation program, scheduled transportation) are included.

Eskaton Village Retirement Communities:   Retirement communities offer two or more services in a campus-like environment which may include home ownership, rental apartments or membership purchase. Other services may include a fitness center, assisted living, memory care and/or skilled nursing.

Continuing Care Retirement Community:   Continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) are unique in their offer of a lifetime contract between the resident and the community that assures residents that, should they need temporary or ling-term care as they grow older, they have guaranteed access to those services for life.
