Eskaton Village retirement communities offer two or more residential and health care choices in a single, campus-like setting making it possible for residents to move from one service level to another within a familiar location as their needs change. For many elders, this ability to age in place is an appealing retirement living choice.

The specific combination of services varies from one location to another and may include independent living, independent living with services, assisted living, memory care and/or skilled nursing care. The variations in community size, residential options and financial arrangements provide residents with several options in retirement living.

The Eskaton Villages typically include dining venues; library; resident business center; rooms for games, crafts, and interest group meetings; beauty/barber shop; walking paths; a fitness center which provides the focal point for exercise and wellness programs; etc. Scheduled off-site transportation services are also available.

Some of the Eskaton communities offer owner-occupied patio homes. A homeowners association handles complete exterior home maintenance, grounds and landscaping maintenance, on-site shuttle services, emergency response system, optional meal plans and other services.
