Newly widowed and alone, Elta was referred to the Eskaton Telephone Reassurance six years ago. With her remaining family living out of state, Elta is grateful for the daily phone calls and the weekly home visits that help her feel safe and keep her connected with the world outside her doors. Her Eskaton Telephone Reassurance family recently joined her in celebrating her 100th birthday.
