Heidi, an Adult Protective Services investigator, knows all too well that socially isolated older adults frequently fall victim to financial fraud and abuse. Volunteers of the TLC Telephone Reassurance Program have daily phone conversations with seniors. This reduces their loneliness and makes them far less vulnerable to abusive situations.
