My family and I send our sincerest thank you to everyone for the many loving wishes and blessings sent Dorothy's way. As you know, Dorothy passed away peacefully. For many months, she fought hard to get well but was unable to overcome her condition. She had 85 good years on this planet and had a host of good stories to tell. In the last few years, many of her stories she shared with me were about the fondness she had for her clients and everyone at Eskaton. Terri, she thought the world of you as a manager and the working environment created by you and her fellow callers. God Bless.

On behalf of my mother, I thank you again for loving care and concern for her. I live 400 miles away (and have no siblings) and hence, I truly appreciate all that you do for her since she lives alone, and I can’t be there as often as I would like.

She was thrilled to receive your Christmas gift packages. When I got to town, she and I went through each item one by one, and savored the joy it brought. And the delivery of the Valentine card was another source of joy.

Mom will be 87 this June. Her days are long and lonely, but your acts of kindness lift her spirits and bring light into her life.
