Dear Mary and Staff,

The beauty of this card reminds us of the beauty we saw rolling into the little dining room for Frances' 100th birthday party. We capitalized the term, for you and all the well-wishing staff gave her such a festive event. The table and accompanying balloons helped Frances to realize how special she is. The cake was pretty and oh so delicious. Champagne glasses enabled the marvelous color and flavor of the punch to find the honor it deserved. Seeing the many faces of residents Frances knew and enjoyed before her hospitalization was the reason for our tears. The impressive plaque, 100+ pin, and the "show-off" t-shirt brought her delight. She was so over-whelmed and still dealing with disbelief, so was at a loss for words.

May each of you realized the blessings you bestow on her with your care and find yourselves richly blessed in return.

Hello Mary,

I wish to express my thanks to the many Eskaton staff members who provided help and support during my mother's medical crisis last week. Between Monday afternoon April 2 and Tuesday morning April 3 I took her to urgent care once and the ER three times. Twice I arrived at Eskaton after hours and after ringing the bell was admitted promptly. At 4 am I rang the call bell in her apartment and two women staff members arrived within minutes to assist us. They helped me get my mom cleaned up and out of the apartment and downstairs and waited with her while I went to get my car. I am sorry I don't know their names but they were very compassionate and helpful.

Additionally, the front desk staff were all most solicitous and responsive. Michele was particularly helpful in arranging for meal delivery and substitutions, as my mother was not well enough to go down for dinner for a few days.

It gives me a great deal of peace of mind to know that my mother is living in an environment surrounded by so much caring and support. Thank you!

P. S. And by the way, my compliments to Robert and staff on the Easter brunch. The food was delicious and it was so attractively presented. The servers were very attentive and friendly. Mom and I enjoyed is so much!

Dear Mary,

My husband and I would like to commend your employees for the extra care and compassion that they have given my Mother during this difficult time in her care. We appreciate the kindness everyone has shown to her (and to us as well).

Irene was very instrumental in ensuring her safety and care during her recent fall while waiting for the paramedics to arrive; doing everything needed to ensure my mom's safety. She maintained a professional, calm and caring manner while reassuring my mom, keeping her still and quite. It was very helpful to both my Mother and myself.

When returning from her hospital stay, all staff showed sensitivity to her and cared for her in a way that was encouraging and supportive. Mom has been through a great deal this last month and her confidence has been shaken, but your supportive staff has made that transition back home so much easier. It isn't about just doing their job right, they show genuine care and concern which is so important.

Thank you to all of those who have cared for my Mother and for their professionalism and loving touch.

Dear Mary,

My experience yesterday in the private dinning room was delightful. My friends were so surprised at the care they received and at the choice and flavor of what was available. There was no complaint, just praise, about the chef and the food he served. Both the girls who served us were pleasant, helpful and willing to do anything to make the day wonderful. We all want to come back. In fact I've already made a reservation for next Thanksgiving for me and my family with Michelle.

Thank you and Eskaton for making the day so pleasant.

Dear Robert:

We want to thank you so much for the great Christmas celebration dinner you planned for last evening. What a terrific feast! The scallops with pancetta and crab cakes - - - Oh Boy! So good! The beef tenderloin was just melt in your mouth delicious, in fact, everything was perfect.

We would also like to mention Courtney, our server, is a gracious young lady. She was so pleasant and accommodating. Actually, all of the "kids" working in the dining room are exceptional...not only are they nice, but it shows good training.

And one last but not least comment, we want to express our appreciation for the seating for the Homeowners. The six of us at our table were delighted with the set up and that we could make a reservation for our group.

Again, thank you for a very pleasant evening.

Dear Mary,

You guys outdid yourselves last night. It was a wonderful party from start to finish. We were among the first to arrive and were the last to leave. The food was wonderful, the service was fantastic, the little living rooms were cozy, and the music was so good. We loved every minute of it. Thank you so much for all the work that went into making it a beautiful evening for all of us.
