Supportive independence is the Eskaton philosophy and practice of offering individual residents the services and levels of care needed to remain as independent as possible.

Home Ownership - An Eskaton-managed homeowners association will provide home and grounds maintenance, emergency response, community center operation and onsite shuttle service. Scheduled off-site transportation and other optional services will be available.

Independent Living - The Lodge's independent living offers residents an array of services, including dining options, wellness and social programs, and a lifelong learning center.

Respite Care - Respite Care provides the option of short-term support for older adults and caregivers. Meals, activities and around-the-clock supervision are included.
