I recently toured your Lodge in Placerville and wanted to let you know how impressed I am with the employees, especially Pamela Dallas, she loves her job and the residents too. She knows everyone's name. I love your philosophy for the memory care area. I work with Dementia clients daily and you guys are doing a great job enriching their lives and giving them a healthy, homey environment. My grandmother has Alzheimer's and may someday need to be placed in a facility for her own safety. I will surely look to one of yours. I get clients asking about assisted living facilities daily and I feel confident that I can recommend one of your residences for them. In my career, I have worked with many nursing homes and assisted living facilities.  Eskaton Village Placerville is clearly in the top tier of these facilities.  The place is immaculate.  Staff appears cheerful and always helpful.  Workers clearly appear to enjoy working here.  Residents are treated with utmost decency, kindness, and caring.  I enjoy coming to Eskaton Placerville.
