“My name is Judy and my father is a resident here at Eskaton. What I like about Eskaton Roseville is the staff is outgoing. They’re friendly to me and they keep me up-to-date with what’s happening with my father and the day-to-day care so that I don’t have any worries about him and don’t lose sleep worrying what’s happened at night. Without exception, I have found that every one of the caregivers treat my dad with utmost respect and really true love and affection. They treat him like he was part of their family. My name is Judy, and my father is a resident at Eskaton Roseville, and we definitely recommend Eskaton for the care of your loved one. You can’t find a better place!”

"My name is Charles. I live here at Eskaton Village in Roseville. Oh, the staff is wonderful and it’s not put on. The rooms are nice; you’re not crowded. I have about ten, twelve pieces of furniture in this place and it’s not crowded. Oh, another nice thing here... the temperature control works real good. You can keep the room just like you want it. And it’s a gated community at night, too. I wouldn’t hesitate to tell anybody, 'come live here; it’s nice'. My name is Charles, and I live here at Eskaton Village in Roseville, and it is a wonderful place.”

“My name is Phil York Simpson, Jr., a resident of Eskaton Village in Roseville. I was real sick in a hospital, lost 20 pounds and I've put half of it back on here. The food is really quite good. When I came here 5 months ago, I was in a wheelchair and then a walker. Even now I’m getting around quite well; back driving my own car. But they monitor me on a daily basis - check on me twice at night- and I just feel really comfortable here. I would definitely recommend it for people that need assistance. My name is Phil York Simpson, Jr. and I’m 80 years old, a resident of Eskaton Village in Roseville. I would recommend anyone to come here.”

My name is Herb; my wife’s name is Miny. We were married in 1931. My family thinks the best of this place and in fact, they’re the ones that went out and surveyed before. They say you better behave yourself so they don’t throw you out – They say you better stay there – no they think it’s nice, they were the ones that encouraged us to come here – due to the fact we needed the care that we’re getting. They think we're getting the best in care and would like to see us stay here. The food is just like getting into a restaurant and I mean a good restaurant. I think they have wonderful cooks here – I really do. Roldan our driver, he has been excellent; he’s been on time. He picked us up within five minutes of the time that he said he’d pick us up. He always has been very courteous, helping us in the bus and helping us out of the bus - he’s an excellent driver. Well, I just like everything about the place, the exercise, the musical that we attended was very, very good. My name is Herb and my name is Miny, and we both live at Eskaton Village. Oh, we also love the place very much and I love it even more.

My name is Doris, and I’m a resident at Eskaton lodge. Why I chose to live here at Eskaton Lodge is I have been watching this progress for quite awhile, and this is where I had my mind made up where I was going to come. I am a Level Two (level of care), so I do get assistance with my shower and dressing. They make the bed; they do my laundry; they clean my room. And, they all have been very pleasant, and I’m very pleased with them. At the gift shop, I can order some of my over-the-counter prescriptions, and that is very helpful. Then I don’t have to have my daughter go out and do the shopping for me, and so that I like, and they have a lot of beautiful things in there. One of the things I really enjoy, and am having fun with, is the Wii bowling. You bowl, and the screen is on the wall, and its just-it’s a blast! I’ve been having a good time- I’m having fun with that. My name is Doris, and I’m a resident at Eskaton Lodge.

My name is Glenn, and I’m a resident of Eskaton Village Roseville. I like my apartment, and I like the people running the place and that are taking care of us. And, I like the food very much--it's delicious. I had pretty much given up on giving myself my own showers. When I was moving over here, I came over and looked. I looked at that big shower in here, and, I said, "I think I can take my showers on my own in there." And it worked out beautifully. Also, the apartment size is really a very useable. We're not crowded. I have more storage space than I ever had before, and that’s helping me a great deal. What I like about the transportation and the bus--they have a lift on the bus which makes it possible for me to go to the doctor, shopping and Thunder Valley. I gave up going to Thunder Valley because I couldn’t stand the walking. Now I can go back and go again. My name is Glenn, and I’m a resident of Eskaton Village Roseville, and I’m enjoying it very much.

My name is Mary, and I’m pleased to be living in Eskaton Village Roseville. I think I like everything about living here, but most mostly the caring of the help. They seem to anticipate our needs almost before we have them. What I like about the food is the variety- the choices we have- there isn’t anything I don’t like about the food. The transportation is very good on Sunday morning. Roldan takes us to church; he picks us up under a canopy; drops us off under a canopy; and is always there when we come out. My daughter, who, of course, is my right-hand, lives in Sun City. And from Eskaton Village here to Sun City is a matter of just minutes, and it’s a wonderful convenience. My name is Mary, and I’m pleased to be living in Eskaton Village Roseville.

Tena -- Thank you so much for your time and patience with us last Saturday. My mom was so pleased and commented at how efficient and kind you were. We were both impressed with the attentiveness of the staff, especially the young man who served us lunch and the chef who came to our table to greet us. I feed my mother will be in very capable care and we both look forward to her moving in as soon as possible. You were so gracious and made us feel like we were your only priority that day. What a treat! Thank you again.
