Tucked into the northeast corner of Carmichael, Eskaton Care Center Manzanita provides short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care. Our professional team is dedicated to nurturing personal relationships, encouraging individual choices, and respecting the dignity of the diverse population we serve.

Around-the-clock skilled nursing, restorative therapy, personal care and mindful interaction contribute to residents’ physical, spiritual and emotional well-being. Supportive short-term stays are also available to caregiving families. Our innovative programs and professional, multidisciplinary teams provide a holistic, person-centered healing environment to those on the road to recovery, as well as for those individuals needing long-term care.
