He has spent the majority of his career in the senior living and care industry, gaining experience in areas such as dementia support and awareness, sales and marketing, and elevated customer service. Outside of work, Neal also enjoys sending time with his family, watching his teams play (49ers and Golden State Warriors), and trying different types of foods and restaurants. For Neal, the most rewarding part of the role is knowing Eskaton residents and staff have a strong sense of self and security.

Prior to joining Eskaton, she was involved in the administration of various businesses. Outside of work, Lyn enjoys baking different kinds of bread, travelling and spending time with her family.
