Kim Delgado is the executive director of Eskaton Lodge Granite Bay and has been in the senior living and services industry since the age of 14. Her parents had two small facilities that cared for those with Alzheimer’s, where she would assist with cooking, cleaning and providing care before eventually managing the properties for her mom. At 23, Kim married her high school sweetheart and moved to the Sacramento area where she started working as an activities director for the Sutter Health PACE program. Graduating from Chico State with her bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration in 2001, Kim would go on to become the assisted living director of a local senior living community in 2005 before being promoted to executive director just two years later. She joined the Eskaton family in 2011 when she was hired as the executive director at Eskaton Lodge Cameron Park, transitioning to the same role at Eskaton Lodge Granite Bay in 2013.
Residential Living Advisor
Pamela Dallas is a residential living advisor at Eskaton Lodge Granite Bay and has worked with the organization since 2008, starting as a member of the team that opened Eskaton Village Placerville. She was thrilled to transfer to Granite Bay in September of 2016. She truly does “Love this Place!” Pamela attended Indiana University and has also worked in real estate and human resources. She and her husband have lived in several states and are happy to call California home. Outside of work, Kim and her husband enjoy traveling, attending plays and collecting antiques. Pamela is also involved in training and showing dogs, and is an avid genealogist.
Food Service Director
Robert Morton is the food services director at Eskaton Lodge Granite Bay. Born in the Philippines, Robert moved stateside to Maine when he was six months old. He had the opportunity to move around with his father who was serving in the Air Force, spending most of his childhood on the east coast before coming to California at age 11. He spent many days and nights as his Mom’s prep cook before getting his first restaurant job at age 16, beginning his culinary journey as a dishwasher. In 2011, Robert began his introduction to senior living at an Eskaton community in Carmichael, where he spent three and a half years before leaving to expand his culinary horizon. In May of 2020, he returned to Eskaton here in Granite Bay. In Rob’s spare time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, family and running with his dog.
Life Enrichment Director
Dina Jones is the life enrichment director at Eskaton Lodge Granite Bay. She started her journey with Eskaton in 2008 at Eskaton Lodge Cameron Park as the activity director, working there until 2013 when she transferred to Eskaton Lodge Granite Bay. Dina is originally from Minnesota and moved to the Sacramento area in her twenties. She has two daughters with whom she enjoys traveling and exploring outdoor activities.
Resident Care Coordinator
Genesis Cano is the resident care coordinator at Eskaton Lodge Granite Bay and has been working in the medical field since 2012, initially as a medical assistant. Graduating with her nursing degree in 2017, Genesis has obtained invaluable experience over the course of her career, gaining knowledge in a variety of areas like ophthalmology, optometry, pain management and cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. For the last three years, she has worked closely with geriatric acute rehabilitation in skilled nursing, joining the Eskaton family in 2019. She enjoys being a part of this wonderful community and looks forward to meeting all the wonderful new residents as the community continues to grow.
Business Services Manager
Jeanie Fewell has worked as the business services manager at Eskaton Lodge Granite Bay since 2005. Prior to joining Eskaton, she worked in a corporate setting billing six residential care communities and a skilled nursing facility (with an emphasis on Medicare/Medi-Cal and private insurance billing), as well as reconciling Resident Trust Accounts with their bank statements. Jeanie has had nearly 30 years of experience in administrating personnel and payroll, and holds a technical degree in Career Programming which includes accounting, data processing, system management and knowledge of three computer languages.
Rick Archuleta is the maintenance director at Eskaton Lodge Granite Bay and enjoys coming to work every day and giving back what he has learned. He is thankful that he grew up in a great family environment in which his parents taught him how to love one another by giving. Rick is proud to have a role where he can dedicate himself to taking care of the older adults in our community, just like they took care of us.
As the wellness nurse at Eskaton Lodge Granite Bay, Bailey Fuller plays a major role in staff education and ensuring the continued well-being of residents. Bailey has spent her entire career in the healthcare industry, gaining experience in areas such as emergency medicine, medication management, and administrative nursing. An experienced nurse, she is driven by her desire for knowledge and her passion for helping others. For her, the positive relationships built with the residents and their families is the most rewarding part of her role. Outside of work, she spends most of her spare time pursuing a master’s degree in nursing. When not working or studying, she enjoys snowboarding, yoga and reading articles on the newest advances in medicine.
