Sean Beloud, MS, LNHA, RCFE
Sean Beloud has worked in the aging services industry for over 25 years, gaining invaluable experience through his work in physical therapy and as an executive director. Throughout his career in healthcare, he has enjoyed building relationships with his residents, families and staff, and he is passionate about creating new connections as the executive director at Eskaton Village Grass Valley. Married for almost 25 years to his wife Stephanie, Sean has 3 beautiful children: a 19-year-old daughter and 2 sons, ages 13 and 11. On the weekends, he can be found on the baseball diamond or football field coaching his sons’ sports teams.
Director of Environmental Services
Greg Seck has worked in the aging services industry for over two (2) years. He has spent the majority of his career in the technology industry, gaining experience in all aspects of modern technology, including computers, smart phones, and internet related devices. As the director of environmental services, he is passionate about meeting the needs of our residents and keeping their Eskaton homes in top shape. Outside of the office, Greg enjoys hiking and spending time with his kids and his dog, a German shepherd.
Director of Dining Services
Matthew Willoughby has worked in the dining services industry for over twenty-five (25) years, and the aging services industry for over four (4) years. A seasoned director of dining services, he is very proud of his prior chef experiences, including helping to open a beachfront restaurant in Santa Monica and having the incredible opportunity of working with the famous Wolfgang Puck in Los Angeles. Shortly after he met his wife Wendy, Matthew took an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity as the executive chef & manager of the Tahoe Mountain Club in Truckee. Matthew and his wife now live in Grass Valley and he proudly states that his current role at Eskaton Village Grass Valley is one of the most rewarding for him.
Director of Life Enrichment
Michele Ozanich has worked in the aging services industry for over ten (10) years, establishing methods to aid residents in the process of transitioning to our community and making the most of life here at Eskaton Village Grass Valley. As a seasoned director of life enrichment, she is passionate about developing programs that support the overall well-being of the residents, families, and staff of our community and building meaningful relationships with them. Outside of the office, Michele’s family is at the center of her heart. When not at work, she enjoys spending her time with her husband, children and grandchildren. They love the beauty of the great outdoors and some of their favorite memories have been made through camping, backpacking and fishing together.
Residential Living Advisor
Lynette Lee has worked in the aging services industry for over sixteen (16) years, gaining experience in Alzheimer’s and dementia care. As a seasoned sales & marketing director, she is passionate about advancing and learning as much as she can about the cognitive and physical obstacles facing our aging population. Lynette is very connected with many local and surrounding organizations who serve older adults. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her five (5) grown children, her husband and their three (3) Alaskan malamute dogs.
Residential Living Advisor
Yvonne Harlabakis has worked in the aging services industry for ten (10) years. Before coming to Eskaton, her prior position was manager and event coordinator at the Trolley Junction Restaurant in Nevada City for twenty (20) years. As a seasoned sales & marketing director, she loves enhancing the quality of life of each resident and being an active participant in all aspects of caring for older adults. In addition, she enjoys helping families find their loved ones the perfect new place to call home. Outside of the office, Yvonne has been happily married to her husband Mike for over twenty-eight (28) years and has been a proud Nevada County resident for over forty (40) years. She has two boys Cody (27) & Caden (16) with whom she enjoys summer boating and winter skiing.
Business Office Manager
Kathy Madeiros has worked in the aging services industry for over fourteen (14) years. As a seasoned business office manager, she is very knowledgeable about long-term insurance details and preparing monthly statements. Outside of the office, Kathy enjoys the occasional quilting project and spending time with the lights of her eyes, her five sons and eight grandchildren. She has always believed that working at Eskaton Village Grass Valley has been an extraordinary gift.
Memory Care Coordinator
Debi Stewart has worked in the aging services industry for over twenty-five (25) years, focusing on understanding the common changes that come with living with dementia and techniques to provide quality support to the residents. As a seasoned memory care coordinator, she is passionate about implementing Eskaton’s vision, mission and core values through contact with residents, families and staff members as part of her daily routine.
Resident Care Coordinator
Monica Avalos has worked in the aging services industry for over sixteen (16) years, gaining valuable experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), a Licensed Psychiatric Technician and an associate’s graduate of science for psychiatric nursing. As the resident care coordinator (RCC), she is passionate about supporting the vulnerable aging population and providing the care partner staff with the knowledge and techniques they require to offer the best care possible. In addition to overseeing the health services department, she is involved in providing ongoing evaluations and meeting the care needs of the residents. Outside of the office, Monica is happily married and a proud mother of three boys aged seven (7), eleven (11), & sixteen (16).
Sydney Lawson has worked in the aging services industry for over fourteen (14) years, gaining experience in both customer service and providing quality support to other team members. As the move-in coordinator, she is passionate about welcoming each new resident into the Eskaton community. Outside of the office, Sydney has a very active and sassy daughter who keeps her and her husband very busy.
Candice Nutting has worked in the aging services industry for over fourteen (14) years. As a seasoned lead housekeeper, she is passionate about providing excellent care and services to the wonderful residents at Eskaton Village Grass Valley. In addition, she is head of the Employee Wellness Committee and team captain of the Eskaton Chicken Scratchers for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Candice has been recognized by the California Assisted Living Association as 2017’s Outstanding Team Member for her extraordinary commitment to older adults and community outreach. Outside of the office, Candice enjoys crafting, writing, and seeking new adventures with her friends and family.
