Sydney Lawson has worked in the aging services industry for over 15 years, gaining experience in both customer service and providing quality support to other team members. She is an RCFE Administrator certified by the state of California. Sydney is intuitive and has the ability to brainstorm solutions in the moment, which helps relieve some of the workplace’s day-to-day stresses. Both residents and co-workers seek-out Sydney because of her knowledge and willingness to help.  Outside the office, Sydney has a very active and sassy daughter who keeps her and her husband very busy.

Michele Ozanich has worked in the aging services industry for over 12 years, establishing methods to aid residents in the process of transitioning to our community and making the most of life here at Eskaton Village Grass Valley. She is an RCFE Administrator certified by the state of California. As the Director of Resident Services, Michele is passionate about developing programs that support the overall well-being of the residents, families, and staff of our community and building meaningful relationships with them. Outside the office, Michele’s family is at the center of her heart. When not at work, she enjoys spending her time with her husband, children and grandchildren. They love the beauty of the great outdoors and some of their favorite memories have been made through camping, backpacking and fishing together.

Lead Housekeeper

Candice Nutting has worked in the aging services industry for over 14 years. As a seasoned Lead Housekeeper, she is passionate about providing excellent care and services to the wonderful residents at Eskaton Village Grass Valley. In addition, she is  team captain of the Eskaton Chicken Scratchers for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Candice has been recognized by the California Assisted Living Association as 2017’s Outstanding Team Member for her extraordinary commitment to older adults and community outreach. Outside the office, Candice enjoys crafting, writing, and seeking new adventures with her friends and family.
