General

Eskaton wants every person to have an equal opportunity to benefit from the goods, services, privileges, advantages, and accommodations offered by Eskaton and their managed entities. To achieve this goal, Eskaton has engaged an accessibility consultant to assist in implementing and maintaining compliance with the relevant portions of the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA (“WCAG 2.1 AA”), as well as state and federal accessibility requirements. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities. Eskaton cares about all of our customers and is committed to facilitating and improving the accessibility and usability of its Website, www.eskaton.org, ensuring that our Website is accessible to persons with disabilities including, but not limited to, users of screen reader technology. To accomplish this, Eskaton has engaged a third-party web accessibility consultant to assist us in implementing technology that enables and maintains accessibility in-line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990.

Eskaton continues to further evaluate accessibility (testing is being performed both with automatic accessibility testing tools and users of screen readers to identify issues), and improvements are being continually applied based upon these evaluations. Eskaton will continue to monitor the Website and make accessibility updates when needed.
