Residents at Eskaton Land Park enjoy community living on their terms, whether their passion is sports, the arts, fine dining or socializing. Our residents truly find a home here – 36% of our residents have lived with us for more than five years.

The building features an outdoor heated spa and tropical waterfall garden, three acres of lush grounds, pet-friendly walking paths, and a community garden of flowers and fruit trees. In addition to the fitness and wellness center, active adults will enjoy the game room with a billiards table, weekly fitness and healthy living classes, and an outdoor putting green. Our team crafts a monthly activity calendar for recreational activities, social outings and intergenerational experiences. Well-stocked libraries and reading rooms, a business center and a game lounge are available for socializing or taking some time to relax.

Dining isn’t just a meal here – it’s a culinary experience. Our home-style menu includes 49 rotating homemade soups and a robust menu of healthy and seasonal meals that changes daily. During the holiday season, our banquet meals are open to families as well as residents. Private catering is also available.

Located just fifteen minutes from the center of Sacramento, our neighborhood is close to everything Downtown has to offer – including museums, theater, restaurants and sporting events. Shopping areas like Arden Fair Mall, Pavilions and Old Sacramento are nearby. And the location makes an easy starting point for a day or weekend trip to places like Lake Tahoe, Napa and Sonoma wine country and San Francisco.

Eskaton Land Park provides scheduled transportation for errands, events and appointments off-site. While at home, the Lodge has self-service laundry, housekeeping and salon services available. Our staff is available 24-hours a day to help provide assistance with whatever you might need.

Though we don’t offer assisted living on-site, our residents can age-in-place with the abundance of services we provide through partnerships with sister businesses like Home Care, Home Health Care, and our Skilled Nursing and Rehab.
