Eskaton Home Healthcare
Our team of skilled medical professionals will assist the patient to recover where they live and transition back to independence from a serious health issue such as an illness, surgery, hospitalization, rehabilitation or a stay at a skilled nursing facility.
Regain and maintain your health in the comfort of your own home through the help of skilled, caring assistance with Eskaton Home Healthcare, a Medicare-certified agency. The team of nurses, physical and occupational therapists, and home health aides help individuals with an illness or injury remain at home or return there from a stay in the hospital or skilled nursing community.
For some seniors, it’s the only conversation they’ll have in a day.
Trained volunteers provide free daily check-in calls to older adults who live alone or are isolated and would benefit from regular connection to our friendly network of volunteers.
