Eskaton Care Center Fair Oaks and Eskaton Village Carmichael Care Center were awarded payments under the Quality and Accountability Supplemental Payment Program for Freestanding Skilled Nursing Facilities. This new State of California initiative encourages and incentivizes facilities to implement quality improvements and recognizes quality performance. It takes a strong measurable quality outcome to receive this prestigious award.

Eskaton is excited and honored to have been recognized with two MarCom Platinum awards in the Non-Profit and PSA categories for our work on the No Falls League Video. The award garnered national recognition in top industry circles for excellence. We are grateful to be recognized in our continual efforts to raise awareness of Falls Prevention and ongoing efforts to transform the aging experience.
The No Falls video was a dedicated joint effort of the Eskaton Digital Media Team, the Communication Team, Christy Barry - Eskaton’s Fitness and Wellness Coordinator, and most notably the residents ages 67 to 95, who starred in the Falls Prevention video.
Eskaton won two AVA Digital gold awards and a National Council on Aging honorable mention for its "Stand Tall, Don't Fall" music video.
California Assisted Living Association (CALA) 2015 Innovations in Quality Award to Eskaton Kids Connection which is offered in 23 Eskaton communities. Children from 26 classrooms participate in this unique program with over 1,000 intergenerational buddies.
