Join us for a Heart-Healthy food demo and discussion with Dining Director Michelle Edmondson.

Michelle will be preparing a spring Salad and the heart health benefits of the items.  She will also discuss heart-healthy snacks and food options.

You’re invited to join our Health Heart presentation. Christy Barry, Eskaton’s Fitness and Wellness Coordinator will be presenting the whole Body approach to Heart Health. Followed by a healthy food snack and discussion about heart-healthy snacks. 

The hour will conclude with blood pressure checks by the Licensed Vocational Nurses from the Village Lodge.
