Neal Torres, Executive Director
Neal Torres is the Executive Director at
Eskaton Gold River and loves getting people to laugh with his
constant stream of infamous “Dad Jokes,” creating a strong family
environment and helping both his residents and team members live
life to the fullest. He has spent the majority of his career in
the senior living and care industry, gaining experience in areas
such as dementia support and awareness, sales and marketing, and
elevated customer service. Outside of work, Neal also enjoys
spending time with his family, watching his teams play (49ers and
Golden State Warriors), and trying different types of foods and
restaurants. For Neal, the most rewarding part of the role is
knowing Eskaton residents and staff have a strong sense of self
