Quality and Accountability Supplemental Payment Award

Eskaton Care Center Fair Oaks, Eskaton Care Center Manzanita and Eskaton Village Carmichael Care Center were awarded payments under the Quality and Accountability Supplemental Payment Program for Freestanding Skilled Nursing Facilities.
