“I really like Mom’s apartments at Eskaton Lodge Gold River because it’s a real apartment and not just a room. She has a 650-square-foot one-bedroom with a kitchenette, a full fridge, and a litte dining room. The room has lots of big windows overlooking some gardens and also has a big bathroom. They have a walking group that she joins every morning. They also have field trips to special cultural places, like the Sacramento Symphony. They serve three meals a day.”
