The Complex Chronic Care Specialty Program provides compassionate, dedicated care by skilled professionals in a supportive and secure environment for those individuals with complex healthcare needs.

Specialty criteria include:

• Complex wound care
• Bariatric recovery
• IV-med administration (provided at all Eskaton Care Centers)
• Suctioning
• One-to-one attendant services

Meadowood at O’Connor Woods offers a specially-designed neighborhood and program for individuals living with significant cognitive change, and who would benefit from 24/7 support and a secure environment. Taught to care for the whole person and not their diagnosis, staff are trained to focus on identifying the resident’s strengths and abilities in order to bring forth a sense of dignity, choice and control.
