Total Body Conditioning

This total body workout combines fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular, muscular strength and range of motion. The workout includes easy to follow low impact moves, upper and lower body strengthening using hand weights. This class will be mostly standing with some seated exercises.

Shallow water class combine various types of resistance and cardio training for a complete circuit class with added fun and excitement.

Impact Lowered Exercise in the pool provides a fun yet challenging workout for all levels.

  • Increase muscles definition, burn calories, improve flexibility as well as overall feeling better. Leave feeling refreshed, stretched and energized. Instructor Julie Seamster.

All levels. Focuses on cardio conditioning, muscle tone, flexibility and strength in chest deep water. Cardio exercises include movements such as low impact running, ski movements, kicks, etc. Class ends with a cool down and more work on flexibility and alignment. This is a full body workout using buoys and noodles. Instructor Judy Barnett.
 


Chair Yoga

Cardio Drumming with Judy

Would you like to talk with people who understand your frustration, your sadness, and your anxiety? You are invited to join us on the 2nd Wednesday of every month.

  • Support Groups are where individuals with similar challenges and experiences share and learn from one another.
  • Support Groups give caregivers ideas for sustaining yourself in order to continue coping.
  • Support Groups offer caregivers crucial ways to make meaning of your caregiver experience through shared wisdom.

Jennifer Bollum is assistant executive director at Live Well At Home and is involved in the strategic development of home care services. Jennifer has a degree in Human Services and is passionate about helping seniors live their lives to the fullest. Jennifer has diagnosed with dementia and assisted in creating Transforming Dementia Care, a Live Well program focused on person-centered, in-home dementia care. View event flyer.
