The Eskaton name literally means “Dawn of a New Day,” the theme
of our Memory Care program.
Every day we learn from the strength and resiliency of our senior
residents living with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. Eskaton’s Dawn of a New Day
philosophy offers a transformative well-being approach to care
that supports the seven domains of well-being: identity,
connectedness, security, choice, meaning, growth and joy. We
understand that dementia is complex and can hold challenges but
we believe that in a supportive environment with a strength-based
approach—differences are embraced and celebrated.
Within our neighborhoods residents participate in their own care
and thrive in an environment designed specifically to support
their needs and promote socialization. Residents enjoy the
intimacy of private or semi-private rooms with integrated
technology that enhances independence. Opportunities to connect
around the neighborhood are bountiful from gardening in the
courtyard to dining with friends during meals. We define life
enrichment as the integration of music, art, animals, children,
volunteers, and family members into the daily fabric of the
community ensuring that laughter and joy is abundant.
Would you or your family member thrive in an environment designed
specifically to fit your changing needs? Sometimes the decision
to move into a new home can come amidst many challenges. Our
Memory Care neighborhoods create a supportive and inclusive
environment that focus on living well with dementia. We commit to
partnering with both you and your family member to make the
transition easier to ensure your new home is a place where you
will thrive! See the difference in our approach yourself by
