The Eskaton Admissions Center provides 24-hours a day, seven-days-a-week, one-call access to Eskaton’s skilled nursing communities. Our specialized staff members work closely with families, hospitals, home health agencies, physicians, social services and the community to arrange admission to skilled nursing and assisted living communities.
